Health Insurance while post graduation work permit application is processing

Hi,

I am currently in Quebec and have applied for my post graduation work permit. My health insurance that I had on study permit has expired. It is not possible to apply for RAMQ until I have obtained my post graduation work permit (waiting period : 6 months currently) and 3 more months after that for RAMQ processing. What options do I have for health insurance in this situation? Kindly advise.
