Health insurance recommendation for WHV?

I'm 29, reasonably healthy. Just want something to get me passed immigration and that would help me if I got hit by a car or something.

Any recommendations?

Do not know which country you are from but have a look at True Traveller.

Not just a matter of getting through immigration given if you arrive with only a couple months insurance thats how long your permit will be issued for.

I'm from the UK, but living in Japan. Not sure if I can put UK as my country of residence. I do not live there, but I'm not technically a permanent resident of Japan either.
