Hello,
I hope you are doing well..
I am working on a Caregiver file and its still in the process for Category A (Gaining Experience). Caregiver found a new employer and rather work with them as they live in Vancouver and the original job offer was in Edmonton. Caregiver is not too keen on living and working in Edmonton.

My question is - Can she submit a new job offer while the application is in process? Just so you know, she just received the Medical and PCC request...

All you need is a new one. These are sent through the applicant's profile. If you are the employer, you would need to launch a new application for the new person. In this latter case, you would rescind.
