Having work experience in CNC Programmer wanting to work in Canada

I am a mechanical engineering graduate with four years of experience in CNC Programmer and CAD modelling for the vendor company of L&T from India. I would like to work in Canada with my work experience how can I start my process

Finding a job in Canada without work authorization is difficult. Start by looking for jobs in Canada (indeed, job bank etc.). Get a job offer and then your employer needs a LMIA. The employer pays $1000 and then applies for the LMIA to prove no Canadian can be hired for the job. This takes months to process. Once you have the LMIA, you apply for a closed work permit.
