I received the Congrats email from IRCC yesterday saying my EcoPR is available on PR confirmation portal. However, when I hit the button download, an error message popped up saying there was a technical error when handling your request; please try again later. I've tried all different devices and web browsers but all failed.
Wondering if anyone has had this error before and any advise?

P.S. I submitted an webform for this tech issue, still waiting for their response.

Submitted webform but no proper response. Is it resolved for you?

Were you able to download the eCoPR?
 
Solution: Reply to portal email address with the problem and screenshots. They will upload eCOPR again (took 20 days), you will receive new email from the portal and then you will be able to download without issues.
