Having Issues accessing IRCC. Application status tracker changed to closed.

I have been having issues accessing my IRCC account and linking my application. I received several emails from CIC asking for “action” but could not access them since I could not link my application.

Today, when I checked the application status tracker it said closed. I went back to the main site to try to access my application again using the GCKey but my account seems locked. It keeps saying

My application has been “in progress” for over a year. On the “new way to check application status”. For about six months now, under the visitor visa details, details were listed under the column, Visa document number export date, and travel document number.

I am lost and need urgent help, please.

They might have sent a passport request email to you which you failed to acknowledged. In that case they might as well probably closed your application, thinking maybe you’re not ready and I hope at the end it might not have negative impact if you try to retrieve your account again. What you need to do is write them via webform explaining why your account has been inaccessible to access
