I have submitted PR application in jan 2017 and 2 weeks later I applied for closed working permit as I didn't have AOR at that time and my post graduate working permit was getting expired. Now the problem is if I get lay off or I quit while I'm waiting for my PR(assuming beginning of 2019). can I apply for open working permit?
