I am in USA at the moment and my employer will instigate my EB1 GC in an year.
Please suggest if having a CANADA PR VISA affixed to my passport or having the CANADA PR status will hamper my USA GC prospects ?

The US may ask you about whether you are planning on making the US your permanent home. The US, in particular, wants to know that you are picking them over settling in another country or spending a long period of time in another country. They are strict about their residency obligations whereas Canada is much more flexible. As long as you can prove that you are going to be settling permanently in the US you should be fine.
