Have you ever applied ? YES, but I wrote NO, what do I do now ?

hi guys,
I made a mistake in the Application for Express Entry.
At a certain point it asks if I ever applied for Immigration. I was confused since I thought it was asking me if I had ever applied for the PR.
I actually live here on TWP so obviously I did apply in the past to get the WP.
I submitted the application, and I got invited. And now I am in the middle of uploading all my papers.

What should I do in regards to that question ? Can I change that ? Do I have to write to the VO ?
What is the best procedure here ?

Change it and write a LOE explaining your mistake.

It's fine. Change it and mention in your loe that you made a mistake. It's not a problem.
