What do you think about the following:
I applied for Quebec Certificate in 2016, and my application was closed because of the new Low (political decision of the Quebec government). I sent the paper documents, and got the number of my case.
Therefore, I am going to answer "yes" to the EE question: "Have you applied for PR before?" am I wright?
Secondly, I applied for New Brunswick Sertificate in 2019 and was Nominated. THis is also application for PR. Am I right? I am appying to EE with its Nomination. Should I mention its case number as well?
