Dear members, what would be your suggestion as to how to send number of changes to IRCC.
There is a need to change address for PA and dependent.
There is a need to add forms to appoint representative and release of information for PA
There is a need to add forms to appoint representative and release of information for dependent.
Add additional information which I believe will be important for further processing.
I'm hesitant if I should submit one or multiple forms. I can't find relevant instruction on the IRCC website.
Submitting one form for each of the questions seems the right way since each of those represent a separate fact and action. I would think they work in a ticket based system. Sending everything together may result in some of points being overlooked (generally, humans are notoriously bad at following large documents)
On the other hand, I don't want to spam them
Bonus another related question: Dependent turns 18. this for some reason considered as "complex" case. according to IRCC that will result in longer processing.
I presume they would want to get police certificates. Should I just send it along with all previous information or it serves no purpose and they may not request it in the end?

I understand it's not as exciting as chasing ghost updates and trying to guess what the hell is "not applicable"
