Dear members, what would be your suggestion as to how to send number of changes to IRCC.
There is a need to change address for PA and dependent.
There is a need to add forms to appoint representative and release of information for PA
There is a need to add forms to appoint representative and release of information for dependent.
Add additional information which I believe will be important for further processing.

I'm hesitant if I should submit one or multiple forms. I can't find relevant instruction on the IRCC website.
Submitting one form for each of the questions seems the right way since each of those represent a separate fact and action. I would think they work in a ticket based system. Sending everything together may result in some of points being overlooked (generally, humans are notoriously bad at following large documents)

On the other hand, I don't want to spam them

Bonus another related question: Dependent turns 18. this for some reason considered as "complex" case. according to IRCC that will result in longer processing.
I presume they would want to get police certificates. Should I just send it along with all previous information or it serves no purpose and they may not request it in the end?

Common, share your thoughts please :) I understand it's not as exciting as chasing ghost updates and trying to guess what the hell is "not applicable" :)

I tried to guess it myself but there is some further doubts. I could potentially combine declarations (4 files) if I would be able to squeeze them into 4mb total file size limit. But again, in webform we have to type applicant - for adult dependent, should I still specify PA as "applicant" or should it be dependent this time. If later - then those forms must be uploaded separately.

Or am I overthinking and I just have to send everything separately?

And the bonus question - just have no idea what to do... I understand that I probably just need to wait but every additional request adds one month of waiting. (just the fact of poor biometrics quality took one month to get the request)

Just an opinion - if there is an option in webform to provide specific info (eg dropdown or whatever it's called), which I believe there is for change of address - submit that separately.

If not, you'll just have to decide whether to group or not. Since appoint representative/release for both PA and dependent are related, I'd group those ones at least. But you're just going to have to decide.
