I applied PR in August. I missed a signature on one of the forms.

I already got my File Number and now want to send the signed form.

Can I please know where to send and where to include the File No.?

Sure, that's no problem. Confusing and weird tho, that you're using a lawyer but still missed a signature?!
What is he doing? ... as it doesn't seem like he's that big of a help.

But yes we missed a sign.. Actually my husband missed a sign on Additional Family Information Form.

So I am going to send it tonight
