Which is advisable, to get the PR with the help of visa-agents?? or is the visa getting process(for Canada) is easy enough to do it by self.

Don't know about jobs in your specified sector.
hiring an agent, is completely your choice. if you know enough, have enough spare time to know the process, then you can do it on your own. its always better to HIRE a reputed agent.
for PR you fill any provience as you can land anywhere after getting PR.... during process you choose city to live
If you are confident than can put applicaiton with your own and help of formaties
