The website says that vac send back my husband's and my passports on the 24th of May, since it is a priority mail, we expected it to reach in like 3-4 days. It's been over 6 days now and we have no idea what to do. The USPS says that the tracking number is not active and that they do not know where the passports are. Pls help.
Have not received my passport for a week now? pls help :'(
