Have a doubt regarding conditional offer letter

Hey, i had got a conditional offer letter for fall 2023 from humber stating that “I need to complete my bachelors before the program begins” which i have completed and also have got my provisional degree certificate and final transcripts , i also have sent them to humber college for an unconditional offer letter via mail its been 2 weeks that i’ve sent it to them yet they haven’t replied , So can i apply my visa with a conditional offer letter as i have fulfilled the condition given in the letter and there’s not much time left for august and the college is not replying too.

Unfortunately, India requires you to have an unconditional offer. In 2022, for a brief period they were accepting conditional offer letters but that has now changed.

I think you should discuss this with the school as many conditions have changed and become more difficult than before.

Hey did you applied for your visa with your conditional offer ?? As i am sailing in the same boat and i have contacted to humber college several time they aren’t responding. Please help me with this. Even i need to apply for my visa as soon as possible !!!
