Has X been working full-time for the employer on their current work permit for at least one year?(Or for an equal amount of part time work?)

I changed the employer recently(a week ago), but i have gained 1.5 years with my previous employer. So should the answer be yes or no?

What type of work permit do you have? Is there an employer named? If you're no longer working for the employer named on your WP you are violating the terms of your work permit and if you have your new employer named then you haven't worked for them for a year.
If you're on an open work permit this doesn't apply to you at all.

I have an open work permit. So the whole section is not applicable? “Intended Work in Canada” so i should go for “NO” since i have switched to new employer a week ago?
