they call on the designated landline number AND mobile phone you provided in the form. If you miss the calls, call the number then if you're lucky the IO who called you may answer the phone otherwise they will not provide the number of the designated IO you can however ask for a return call from them. They will call again after a few hours, otherwise send them an email asking for a return call.
