As post above shows, yes, there have been from other countries as well.

What are you trying to figure out? Whether applications from some countries esp India go 'faster'? From some other posts, are you concerned there is preferential treatment?

Honestly, don't go down that route. There are simply too many factors that mean simplistic impressions can be wrong; and there are objective factors (security concerns from some countries, for a simple example). And of course in covid time there are some other issues - especially visa offices and visa application centres having been closed for different lengths of time (i.e. there may be some catch-up going on). Also some regions may have been prioritising other urgent matters, and different proportions of online applications to paper (paper is almost all spousal/family now), and the backlog of scanning applications in Sydney.

Oh - and all those points are just about IRCC. Remember, though, Indian citizens represented about 25% of total worldwide immigration to Canada in 2019 - and on top of that this forum is English language, with many Indian participants. Leaving aside even French language, I can say from experience that for some countries/language groups, native language immigration forums are FAR more popular. The point being, your impressions from looking at posts here may be wrong because forum participation is NOT perfectly representative.

Yah, I can imagine mine will be 5-6 years. Brilliant.

The only way it will take five or six year is if something drastic happens like if you end up in the Etobicoke office due to concerns with your relationship, you are refused and have to go through appeals and then have to reapply due to appeals being refused, or there's something extremely complex in the applicant's history that causes real issues with the background check (e.g. past senior roles with government intelligence agencies, something that triggers war crime concerns, etc.).
