Has anyone visited NDVO for the purpose of getting his passport back?

You should have received it by now, I suggest you email embassy, also make sure your address is correct (im not sure they will send by email or courier)

I think they have changed the procedure lately, they now send the receipt along with PP in the same packet. My draft was encashed on 22nd Oct, but haven't received the receipt.

I have E-mailed on 8march and got two replies one on 15th march (saying your query has ben sent to concerned department) and second reply on 19th march ( Saying process is in finalisation that is reply by concerned department)

Hi all,
I have come across something weird.

My lawyer has sent multiple emails to NDVO but they are not replying to his queries to return my passport.

I asked him to send me scan copy of the communications and I realized the email address he has mentioned is DELHI-IMMIGRATION @ interntional.gc.ca , when I visited CIC and CHC-ND website I realised that the correct email address is delhi-im-enquiry @ international.gc.ca .

I further searched in google to find out whether I can find DELHI-IMMIGRATION @ interntional.gc.ca in any website and I found it only in http://www.migrationexpert.ca/visa/canadian-embassy/india which is not the official website.

I assume DELHI-IMMIGRATION @ interntional.gc.ca is CHC-New Delhi's old email address which my lawyer used and thats the reason why CHC is not responding.

I request you to help me clear my doubt.

and the Fax number is: 91 (11) 4178-2020.

Please make sure when you fax the signed letter, also mention your full name/ Application number/ mailing address and your date of birth on the letter.

I m also waiting for my PPs, I might visit NDVO next week - not sure they will allow me inside.
Per my CAIPS, I don't see anything pending in my application. I did re-med on 17th dec which were cleared on 30th dec, since then no action on my file.
