Has anyone receive the AOR recently for Inland?

I mailed my documents on July 17, and due the Canada Post, CIC should received it on July 28.
But I haven't heard anything since then. Maybe I should call CIC and ask what is going on?

Has anyone received the AOR for July's application.
Also, someone said I should receive a text message on my phone when CIC accept your files, has anyone have any experience with that?
