Hi all,

Has anyone here got a rejection for non-accompanying spouse.? Or

Has anyone here been through application successfully and received PR with application as non-accompanying spouse.?

Fairly common. There is nothing intrinsically 'reject-able' about an application with a 'non accompanying' spouse.

Only on account of not having spouse accompany the PA? Not at all.

IRCC recognizes that the spouse may have a mind of their own and might not want to accompany the PA to Canada at that moment in time.
