OP has to be honest, not careful. As long as they are not a danger to others, there will be no reason for refusal.If they sent you to see a Psychiatrist is because they have a concern with you medical exam.
You have to be very careful when you'll see the Psychiatrist. He could ask you some questions to see if you have any mental illness. You have to be careful with your answers.
