I was eligible for both the CEC and FSW programs. I had my funds available listed as $12K. When I changed this figure to $0, it I was shown as eligible only for CEC.

I read someone here saying that when they listed the funds as $0, they were not asked to provide proof of finances under a CEC ITA. Can anyone confirm this? There seems to be mixed feedback regarding this.

I did like that, since I'm working almost 2 years now in Canada. I have no funds that are any meaningful, just my salary.
So I indicated $0 in my EE profile and I got the invitation under CEC.
There is nothing to upload to proof any funds in my checklist

But you also have a job offer. What about those that don't?

Exactly, that what I am trying to explain to this people.

Even if you include "$0" You will be able to see that you met MI requirement for CEC as no POF is required under CEC.

People only need Proof of fund for FSW & FSTP. If you have job offer backed by LMIA then you don't have to provide POF with you application.

Thanks. That's exactly what I had read from some other people. Just to be sure, you don't have an LMIA do you?
