Has anyone else noticed that it says "Updated Tuesdays" next to the section where you can check your application status?

AFAIK, it's always been there.

Yeah it says updated Tuesday but what it really means is that on Thursdays it will put an update from the Tuesday of the prior week.
I find it quite misleading myself...

YES I noticed the change yesterday on the first page where you go to check application status and then the second looks different as well.

Unfortunately , my actual ecas looks the same with "In process" for my SA still lol

Hahaha, I love that someone else has noticed this too.

What it really means is that between Thursday and Saturday they will put up an update from the Tuesday 2 weeks ago.

Doesn't that just sound silly?

Its completely misleading and I think it actually makes for more calls to the call center due to the almost 2 week since last update. And then , rather then
just look in your file and tell you whats going on... they refuse to give you information which in turn makes you call back again that following week... in hopes
of getting a different agent to help you out.

It doesn't really matter how many calls the center gets. They're useless anyway.
If you're only going to get good information 20% of the time, how do know what's valid and what isn't?

You can call them when your application is 4 months past the processing date and they still won't do anything for you.
