You don't need to declare that you are in the EE pool.
Hi, do I need to declare if I have received ITA while applying for TRV? My spouse won't be accompanying me for PR. My spouse doesn't plan to move before 2020. We thought of having TRV beforehand so that it's easier for us during vacations. Please advise.
PR: I am the primary applicant (I still have a month to submit eAPR)
TRV: Spouse is the primary applicant

No. You only need to declare if you actually apply for something.

Update: My spouse and I just got TRV refusal letters this morning. Application date was 11-Dec-2018

Reason:
You have not satisfied me that you would leave Canada at the end of your stay as a temporary resident. In reaching this decision, I considered several factors, including:

Immigration status in country of residence
Family ties in Canada and in country of residence
Purpose of visit

We applied from Dubai, we are citizens of India currently on resident/work visa in the UAE. Both are families are in India. My spouse has a well paying permanent job in Dubai. We don't have family members in Canada.

Purpose of travel was tourism.

We furnished the following proofs:

Valid Resident Visas
Emirates ID
Apartment Tenancy contract
Utility bills
Vehicle ownership document
UAE driving license
Medical Insurance Cards
Handsome bank statements
Employment letter
Employment NOC on letterhead
Salary statement
Marriage certificate
Provisional Return Air tickets
Confirmed hotel booking

Travel history:
Spouse: Schengen (Europe)
Me: United Kingdom, Schengen (Europe)

What have we missed to submit? Please help!
