I have received a standardized letter of acceptance from Manitoba University. How would I know if it is conditional or unconditional? Appreciate some assistance.

hello can they refused you study visa after being called for medicals and you passed?

if no does that mean they checked ur sop and documents and letter are intact first before calling u for medicals?
