I am aware there is no formal appeal process for an LMIA refusal , however, I am wondering if anyone has contested the decision ? And what was the outcome?
my husbands boss is contesting the negative decision due to the fact the interviewer did not take into account a lot that was said during the interview. They misconstrued a lot of it and his boss isn’t happy with the reasons for refusal.
They are awaiting a call from a person higher up the chain of command!
