Hi,

I am a new PR and i need to apply for a PRTD from Dubai. I traveled to Canada in Oct and had to return to Dubai without the PR card. Now i need to apply for a PRTD as i will be finally winding up and moving to canada in the months to come. I need to understand the Process and the timelines as a new PR status holder. Any help in this regard will be appreciated.
