Sure, that can happen if the applicant no longer meets one of the key criteria of the nomination.

Thanks for your response. What of in a case when someone left the province to another. Then Sinp contacted the nominee, after several documentation, the nominees was told to get a new relative, but unfortunately, the nominee didnt have any eligible relative in Saskatchewan, he then write a letter of appeal and swear a notorize affidavit that she will stay in the province, what might become the outcome of the nomination certificate? Can they overlook it and still maintain the nomination?

I can't tell you for certain. I think the chances are probably higher that the province will withdraw the nomination than allow it to proceed since it's a requirement to have a relative living in the province. Nothing much you can do at this point but wait. Good luck and hopefully they allow you to keep the nomination.
