Maybe you could provide more details on your situation requiring advice. As it goes, it is very unlikely that you have a qualifying job offer for additional points.
I am drafting my application. Due to lower IELTS score, I will have less than 67 points.
I am checking if I can get some offer letter .So I will start checking Canadian employers now.

Do your research on LMIA.
Nobody can give you a job offer "easily" - you require a VALID job offer to claim points for arranged employment: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/offer.asp
Simply getting a letter from an employer saying they will hire you does not constitute a valid job offer.

How I calculate my points? I lodged application and it says I am not eligible. How I calculate them?
