It seems like my wife has she had a passport request and it came back with the permit but then weeks after we got the correspondence letter that said it would be given when she gets there is this strange to any one
The thing in the passport is not a permit it is only the trv/visa that allows someone to travel to Canada. The actual study permit will only be issues at the point of entry.
