Has any Non-SDS applicants received ppr recently?

Today a family of 4 got their PPR, applied on 4th of feb. NON SDS, New Delhi VO.

Yeah, Delhi has really been lagging behind.

They are just lagging behind on rolling out emails. Our results have already been finalized in Ottawa.

From what I know, reading the forum and my call with IRCC customer support, they told me that my decision has been sent to new Delhi office and they don't have any other info.

Yes, March applicant waiting since 4 months (BVL 26th May)

I maybe wrong too..but thats what I read for a lot of non-sds applicants, that when they called IRCC they were told that their file's decision has been sent to india office so they cant give us any info (unlike when they are helping sds applicants). Also if you have received a bvl, the address in the bottom clearly gives an Idea that our file was in Ottawa before it got transferred to new delhi.

In my case from starting its in new Delhi.....I don't know about this......you got bvl?
