Hi All,

My infant son's TRV is rejected by CHC Singapore, now I am planning to file for TRP from India, I really really need help in this regards, please help. I and my wife are PR and currently living outside of Canada so sponsorship can't be done at this moment.

No they will not give trv permit bcoz rules are same everywhere . Uh need to aad your baby to application.
Before arrive to canada .
There is no way delhi will issue visa to child .

I have to go from sponsorship route for this, but few guys in forumn has suggested to file TRP . I want to know if any body got TRP in from new delhi

U will never got trp from new delhi ... Me got pr visa with family but bcoz of principal death we cabt arrive they cancel our visa and now chabging are going on .. We talk about trp to officer tgey refused even in this stage .. Its almost 8 months going on still waiting ... They will reissue obe day ... Now days there is massive backlog at delhi also ...
Better frst apply your child for pr sponsership ... After that if u wabt to aply trp u can do as much ... So dobt waste tym add your baby to application . Hope u understabd delhi embassy is also same like others

Yes, people have successfully applied for TRPs for their children. I don't understand what help you are asking for. Just apply for the TRP.

If it's refused, one of you will need to return to Canada for the sponsorship process.
