Did you apply for PRTD in India? can you please update on the timings? Below is the reply I got from VFS and no replies from the Canadian HIgh commission regarding processing timings.

You may expect the initial response for a travel document visa application in 10 working days.
However, the time period can be extendable depending on High Commission of Canada.

YES. I applied for PR TD in Bangalore, VFS Global office on 4th June and it was approved and couriered from Delhi (Canadian High Commission) on 10th June. Must have all the documents in order, while submitting the application. Good Luck

2. You said in your previous post, your sister was applying for a visitor visa (TRV) for him, it won't be issued, unless he gives up his PR status.
1. As from your previous post, he hasn't been in Canada for nearly 5 years, so unless there is an overwhelming need for him to have stayed away, it is unlikely that he will get a PRTD.vikastitu said:
