Has 418 points in CRS tool but getting not eligible message in come to Canada tool

Hi,
I am 33 yrs old having more than 6 yrs experience under NOC 2171 and has the following IELTS score : Reading -8, Writing-7, Listening-8.5, Writing-7.

The come to Canada tool says that I am not eligible even though I am getting 418 points when I check in CRS.

Could you please help me as to what went wrong while filling the Come to Canada tool?

The questions in the "come to Canada " tool included only ielts score, how much Canadian dollar I would bring, and my experience years.
No question was asked on WES nor the NOC of my job.

I accessed the "come to Canada " tool from the CIC website. Can you check the tool and let me know what all questions will be asked.?
I think something is wrong with the tool.

The tool will ask you about your education as well. In the EE profile if you dont include the Canadian Education equivalency reference number (ex.WES no. ) you will get 0 for education

Yes. I have a score more than 67.
I have a professional degree(4yrs), certified by WES.. ielts score of CLB 9 and above.. age 33. So the points would come to around 70.
