maybe those were statistics by "end of may" .....if that's true then probably sometime soon they will announce "end of June" stats..and probably thats when we'll see that some NOCs are close to the cap. As probably in may most of the applicants were busy with ECA & IELTS and preparing the required documentation.....the real statistics will be of "June"

What does it mean as in 1112 just 28 is unbelievable no.for the month of MAY from across the world.It seems that on 4th May 2013 they received 28 Application on 1st day only ..???

Not yet! As of 26th june, 2013 only 65 applications were received. The big reason for this could be the strike by canadian foreign office workers.
