I received my ITA on June Draw for 449. Got lucky by 1 point ahead. I am beginning to get chills since this is the only shot I get to submit my documents and it has to be perfect.

Can you give me some tips for proof submission that i can take into account ?

I would say take your time and don't rush to submitt doccuments.
Assess your travel history, employment history and countries PCC you require.
Make sure you do all above before expiry of your ITA. For every doccument we need to attach there are questions asked in this forum. Go through it and still you have any question ask over here.

Hello Everyone,

Suggestion needed. I have received ITA from the recent draw. I have OINP nomination. I have to get PCC from FBI. They received my package only on 27th June. Based on the current trends of their(FBI) response, looks like they will take 8/9 weeks just to open my package. I am just thinking of declining the ITA. Assuming that I will get another ITA in the next draw which is likely happen in another 10 - 15 days max. Declining will buy a week or two for me and increases my chances of getting the FBI clearance well within the deadline to submit. Is it ok to decline now? Is there any other downside of declining ITA that I am overlooking? Please suggest. Thanks a lot Friends!! BTW, with pnp my CRS 1004.

The FBI often pops up as a problem for people. I have seen people showing the CIC they applied for their FBI clearance before receiving ITA and that being accepted.

There is no punishment for refusing an ITA and I've seen the legal guys recommend it to certain people.
