Handing over the CEC application in Buffalo

Can we go to Buffalo and hand-over the applications personally (instead of sending in mail)?

Officially, no.

Applicants in other economic Classes (Quebec Selected, Canadian Experience Class, Provincial Nominees) must submit their applications to the Buffalo Regional Program Centre by mail or courier.
