yes you are right but just i am very new here
i am applying for H&C application and i am with lawyer that he told me we will send the application firsst and then we going to send all evidence an
what do you think guys

Are you in Canada now? What is your current status and how long have you been in Canada? What is the reason for your H&C claim?

With H&C there is a low chance of approval

You might be successful, but the rate of approval for H&C is extremely low. Again, with the limited information you have provided, no one can offer an informed opinion. If your lawyer feels that is the best approach, It would be best to ask him about the success rate for H&C (particularly his success rate). You're paying him!

He said to me the best thing we can do to apply under H&C but I am super worried about my case especially he said we going to apply then we can send the evidence later so when he said that make me worry more

Read up and get informed. Not saying your lawyer isn't competent, but he does generate income from you, regardless of whether you are successful or not in your claim. If he feels it's best to supply evidence later, then so be it. But look at the following and decide if any of the information you plan to supply will support your case. Pay special attention to what they don't accept for conditions and evidence.

H&C is a long process. Just want to warn you in case you are expecting a response in the next couple of months. Most likely we are talking about a couple of years.

Some people are unaware so like to warn people so they don't feel like something is going wrong when they don't hear anything for a long time. Best of luck.
