H&C PR returning home

Hi!

A year a go I got my PR when apply by H&C. I didn't apply for refugee, basically I came as a Visitor and apply directly by H&C and got approved.

I need to go back home (Venezuela) I have a family member sick. I would like to know if I can go back home without risk of loosing my PR.

Was there a reason you went H&C and not asylum? It is pretty unusual move because I assume your claim was based on the current government and situation in Venezuela.
