I applied for h&c application

july 2018 my first approval was aug 2019 , before of that i did medical and police clearance. Still my application is im process, how long ist take to become decision made! And interview!

Can you please , if possible let us know what type of H&C was your case? Is it taht you lost PR and your children ( Minor) are PR OR your parents need care OR So.

Also are you in GTA ( Toronto) .

I am asking because We applied in Feb 2018 , Much before yours and they say that they havent started processing yer .

Application based on hardship and child interest.
Yes I’m in Gta.
Only thing you have to do is being patient. Good luck i wish You will receive email soon .

Applied May received letter of acknowledgment in July and nothing ever since then. Work permit expiring soon

May I know How old is your child and How many years are you in Canada?

If possible.

My Case ,We lost PR appeal But My daughters have PR intact. Here from more than 3.5 years now . Elder is going to uni and younger in year 10.
