Guys please help! I haven't received CSQ yet

Hello guys. Please help me. My application status is In Process. My wife applied for CSQ in April 2015 but I haven't received CSQ yet. My wife called them in May. They said they sent the file to Singapore visa office. Is this normal?

They could have sent, but they ask for csq when you land so you still need a copy of it.

You have not provided complete information, and I suspect that you may be in error somewhere along the way. Québec does not have foreign visa offices to send files to, so just whom did your wife call about the CSQ?

A CSQ must be applied-for via Québec's MICC, which will require that you and your wife fill out a few forms and pay a fee. The processing, once submitted, usually takes a couple of months and it can partially be monitored by noting when the credit card is charged.

They usually send a copy to you (the sponsored person) and to the Visa Office. I would also send a copy to your Visa Office yourself, because mine got lost by CIC and they ended up rejecting my application (they reopened it and now it's approved, but still.)

Which mailing address did you provide for you (the sponsored person) on the forms for the CSQ?

Guys my wife received CSQ yesterday. She sponsored me. I got an email from Singapore visa office and that is

If you will reside in the Province of Quebec, you and each of your accompanying family members must have a valid Certificate of Selection (CSQ). Your sponsor should contact the Department of Immigration of the Province of Quebec to obtain the required CSQ(s).

This email I received. My wife got CSQ. Will they send a copy of CSQ to me ?
Singapore visa office said I have to send CSQ and police report withing 60 days.

If you apply for CSQ in April, you should have received your 2 copies after 2 weeks or 3 weeks and even if midi send a copy to the VO in charge of your application, the VO may request you to send another copy again, midi always send you 2 copies of CSQ, one of it goes to the VO if they want you to send it again and the remaining one is what you will need when you are doing your landing in QC airports.

You need to contact midi to find out about the copy they mail out to you if you have not gotten it and if you are sure about the address you put down in your applcation for the CSQ, check your mail box and call them now that the VO want you to send it to them. Good luck.

If you use a courier service like DHL, use the street address. If you use Singapore Post, use the mailing address.

Do they send CSQ outside of Quebec ? i have a situation where i am still waiting for my CSQ:

- the CSQ was sent to my representative in March 2018 and was returned.
- my representative/me only knew about this in Sep 2018, and immediately i sent a letter to MIDI requesting the CSQ to be sent to my address.
- MIDI replied back in October 2018 by e-mail, asked me to update the corresponding address since my point of contact was the consultant.
- i sent back an orginal letter and signed form of : Withdrawal of a mandate to represent you, and it was delivered on October 19th 2018.
- today, i called MIDI and they said that the CSQ should be there in a couple of weeks, however they refused to give me a dispatched date

Hi all - I haven't received the CSQ yet! so i called MIDI who said that they never received my letter and signed form of "Withdrawal of a mandate to represent you" - which i could see delivered about 6 weeks ago!!

now i am not sure what to do ! should i send another withdrawal request ?

Hi - I finally received the CSQ at my address after removing my representative from the file and updating my correspondence address. Now i am preparing for the forms and documents. Good luck to all of you
