Guys please answer. It's Urgent!!

I have been now refused twice. In my first refusal letter i had refusals like, You have not satisfied me that you will come back from canada, purpose of visit and family ties.

After writing a good sop, they have refused me again, in my second refusal letter they have removed purpose of visit, family ties and you have not satisfied that you will come back from Canada points. Now there is only one which is

'Your course is not reasonable in light of past studies,academic scores and language abilities'

Now my question is that if i apply again can they again mark the points which they removed in the previous refusal?

that letter is generic and they can mark anything they want on it.....it may not be the exact reason but a reason deduced from the exact reason example....lets say u have a wrong course selected then it tells them ur not a genuine student so if he is not a genuine student then why is going to canada ...it must be to work and settle there and hence they deduce the reason u may not leave canada. they select the reasons that they think closely match the real reason.

Well I read your profile you've been to NZ,USA.

They must want you more IELTS band. As there was a student same case as yours he went to UK, his visa got refused for Canada and he asked for CAIPS notes for the exact reason and they wrote the reason as you've been to UK for 2 years. Your IELTS score should be better.

As you've also scored 6 bands or maybe your individual score is bugging them. I told you you might wanna check with CAIPS notes to get down the exact reason.

I totally agree with you my brother. I gave my ielts test with 5 days of coaching i know i could have scored 7.5. But my requirement was done so i didnt sit in a another test. It just not the ielts bro there can be few other things too. CAIPS will take a bit long and i dont want to waste any time. So i am looking to apply again , will try to explain them each and everything.

SOP is must. My many friends attached SOP and they got visa as agents won't recommend you to do that but SOP is must.

I don't think IELTS could be hardly a matter of rejection when it's stated minimum requirement of IELTS is 6.0 over all and not below 5.5 , it doesn't matter u have scored 8 then u would be given priority again who scored 6 .

It's only language proficiency test don't make it a big deal .

Visa rejection normally due to course selections and strong ties to native country .
