Hi friends i want to ask that..my parents have no such property or we does not have healthy financial history..but my Nana Abbu(father of my mother)has property of around 1.5 crore...can i show it with my application..if not then tell me that if i tell the visa officer that my nana abbu is supporting my education there and can i then show his property and bank statements etc...please tell me the procedure for that...really worried about that..THANKS

Yes he can provide affidavit that he will support your education throughout.

I don't have the any format as such, but i used one below and I got the Visa


Affidavit of Support



I, xxxx S/O xxxx aged xx, Resident of xxxx . Do hereby affirm and declare as under:-

1. My citizenship/ Nationality is xxx and my Passport no is xxxx

2. That I'm sponsoring my Son Mr. Vijay Aggarwal at: xxx, for his full time study at xxxx, Canada.

3. That I undertake to provide full financial support during his stay in Canada including tuition fee and living.

Yes he can act as your secondary sponser. Your parents also must show bit of support.

hii , ap k father k naam , ya mother k , ya ap samait , kise bhen bhai k naam ... kuch bh hu (plot or agriculture land) tou I can guide you .
as sum1 said , then u just have to show a sale deed , paisay dalwao bank mai , and then apply . I my self applied the same way as I am telling you
