Hi,

I'm a 24 years old Tunisian student who get accepted in Memorial University, my problem is i have all the documents ready except the letter of scholarship ( i got the scholarship but it will take more than 2 weeks to get the official letter even a scanned copy) and i don't have much time left, the Visa processing time in Tunisia is 14 week and I've got left only 8 weeks ( the courses start the 2nd September 2014) .
My question is : can i start my application (online application) and pay the fees but i don't send any funding proof as the scholarship is my only fund proof and it covers all the expenses and tuition ?
does this eliminate me from the start as i got no funding proof ? or should i write a letter or please any idea or similar experience that would help me a lot .

Thank you guys
Regards

You say that visa processing time is 14 weeks, and till your course start date only 8 weeks left. You are already well behind. Plus you don't have proof of means of financial support. You cannot submit application online unless you upload all requested docs. Best option might be to defer your studies for next intake, and prepare your docs in full.

Amir, you are right. The truth is Mouldi must focus on january intake if actually he/she wants to make meaningful application. I do not think there is any short cut to this situation.
