i have friend of mind that working as a driver before here in canada, now, he changed job as live in caregiver and pass the docs in vegreville and they aprove him but the remark said that his not qualified for PR, now the agent or cic told him to submit his aplication oustide canada, i dont know wat the exact word that the agent said, he passed now his docs or aplication in buffalo or seattle i think,
my question are,
1, is there any chance that the VO in seattle or buffalo accept his aplication and be able to get his pr under LCP after he finish the 24 months ?
2, wat the step by step procesing will be done ?
3, he passed his docs again with the same employer in buffalo or seattle, is that ok ?
4, do u think he nid the req like 6 months caregiver training or 1 year paid experience to grant his wp? ( he doesnt have any experience under medical profesion or caregiver training ) but he has 72 units on his college course
