How much time NDVO needs to issue visa?

Can anybody reply that online payment is valid or not?? Yes that is ok. After online payment, a receipt will be generated and you have to send a copy of that receipt along with all your info i.e. File #, UCI#, etc. at CPPO-Cost-Recovery @ cic.gc.ca. Once that is done you will receive automated response in some time.
How much time NDVO needs to issue visa?I am not sure about it

Hi to all how are you.
Last time I applied by lawyers but myfile under IT is all gone and no reply still even less 1 point that time I believe.

I want to know if anyone claim point for relatives now my uncle in Canada PR holder.

I have proof of his documents to claim this points as under:
1)copy of PR Card
2) copy of His Birth Certificate
3) copy of his indian passport first and last page.
4) copy of my father birth certificate to show relationship.

I think these above mentioned documents are enough to show relationship? My uncle not working and never worked in Canada he is retired and senior citizen. So, he just help my cousins in home they don't have bank accounts in Canada , no income source and my cousins have own home so no rental or any utility bills.
Please suggest.

I am new this forum. I a 28 year old, seperated soon to take divorce. I have pursued Msc IT and 5 years of working experience. If I'll get a 6.5 bands what are my chnaces for PR under federal skilled immigration? How long it will take? Is it better to aplly in 2014 or 2015?

I am new to this forum. Recently, I decided to apply for immigration to Canada under the FSW program and have started preparing the documentation. However, just wanted to know from the experienced friends here whether is it too late to process the application at this time? Also, I did my bachelors from Saurashtra University, Rajkot. Can someone please point out how to get the attested certificates from the university (i.e. whom to contact, any telephone number, approximate time they take etc.). Moreover, I did masters as well. So, is it sufficient if I only get my master's educational credentials evaluated by WES or do I need to get the evaluation done for Bachelors as well? Anyone having similar case as mine, if can shed some light, it would be a great help.

P.S. I am principal applicant.

you need to visit the university and inquire for attestation. you will find the information you need.
I hope you are staying in rajkot only....

if all marksheets are correct, you will get it within 10 days...

Hi, sorry to hear your divorce issue. its tricky to apply when the social status is in a limbo like this. but you can try.

ur education, age and experience is in favor of you so, 6.5 shouldnt be an issue for your application. remember you need minimum 6 in each skill of IELTS.

it should take roughly 12 to 18 mnths now.
2014 is better then 2015, as 2015 is still largely unclear.

why not try Calgary or Edmonton, Alberta is the only province which generated enough jobs to offset losses in other provinces...
