I received the receipt of the VPF (Visa processing Fee) of spouse & child which i have send (Demand Draft) along with full documents. Receipt is dated 26th May 2010. My E-cas status is "Received By VO"

What it means? Is there any progress on my file.

Did any one received the receipt of VPF?

CIC na nava rules pramane Canada nu US na H1B jevu j thai gayu. I mean very less possibility. Pan aapne lucky chiye ke application thodi vehla thai gayi.

Su lage che aanu pehlani applications par su asar thase???

to aakhre navi list aavij gayi..May mahina thi aavu aavu karti hati, potani saathe tofan laine aavi...i think most of the occupation list jemaathi aapde apply karyu chey a badhi nikli gayi...i hope ke aapde je chella applicants chey a badha saathe lenient vyavhar kare....

VO vala no to saacho bharoso nathi, kyare shu notification kadhe, mane 1 vaat ni khushi chey ke, notification ma e loko a avyu nathi lakhyu ke aa nava rules 1-jan-2010 pachi jene apply karyu hase a badhane applicable thase...

atlease CIC 15 divas pre notification aapi ne pan navi poicy apply kari sakat, mane nathi samjatu ke navi policy immediatly apply karvi ketli fair policy chey....atleast 10 thi 15 divas nu notification aapi je loko file mukvani taiyari kari rahya hata amne samay aapvo hato...

bhagwan je loko apply karvana hata emne dhiraj rakhvani shakti aape...

ke have visa office ne pan khabar padi gayee ke aa loko nu kaam nathi to reject to na kare ne ???

maaru manavu chey ke aapde badhabe koi takleef nahi thay, may be e loko evu vichare ke, aa chelli batch chey aa badhi category ni, to java daiye, karanke have pachi aa category maathi koi apply nahi kari sake...aa just maaru personal opinion chey ane hu positive vichari rahyo chu...

All applications subject to ministerial instructions (everything received since February 27, 2008) will be considered for processing in the order they are received.

my NOC 0213 lets see new rules ni si asar thay chhe , maney lagtu nathi kai asar thay pan kai kehvay nahi... IELTS naa bands aney eak European country nu PCC sivay badhu taiyar chhe...

people,

There are many changes now only 20000 applications under federal skilled worker prog and 1000 app per noc will be accepted.

The list is shortened by 29 nocs only with above changes.

Also its not clear that old 38 occupations speed will or will not be same as per before.[as opined many times on this blog old rules will mostly apply but lets see]

The main noc that created the prob were vocational instructors, finance managers and IT based ones.

Student visas will not be premitted to apply for PR visa from now on.

Best of luck to all persons esp under process may god give all the strength and courage on the way ahead.
