I am giving my docs for WES to Canada.
I got the sealed cover from Gujarat University.
I just wanted to know do they put degree certificate copy because I do not remember whether they put the same .

Better to send a colour print out/xerox of your degree certificate along with the sealed cover.

Whatever they pack and seal, please make sure you don't open it or it'll be rejected. All you need to do is pack it in a bigger outer envelope and send it to WES

No I don’t think they will accept any document separately. They will only accept the sealed document that Gujarat University has provided you. I provided Gujarat Uni with a xerox of each year’s Marksheet and they verified it with the original that I carried with me. I don’t remember giving them my Degree Certificate.

Yes I sent my degree certificate copy and transcript in one envelope. No problems.

Mansi,
1. WES asks for a clear legible copy of the degree certificate. This need not be attested by your university or present in a sealed envelope, but it's definitely required.
2. Your transcripts and degree certificate copy should be the only documents being couriered after you pay the WES fees. Any other document if requested by WES will show up on your profile.

Oh but now the problem is I don't remember whether my degree certificate is there or not in the cover and the cover is sealed had u done ur things from Guj University?
And separate we cannot keep any doc

Problem is that the the cover is sealed and I don't remember whether degree certificate copy is there now what can be done and I don't think they might be accepting separate document like that..what do u suggest

Yes mine were accepted. If you’re not sure then you can send another envelope with a clear colour copy of your degree certificate, just don’t forget to mention the WES reference number on the envelope.

There's no restriction that you cannot send any document separately. Send a good quality colour Xerox copy of your degree certificate and the transcript envelope by placing both of them in a single envelope and mail it to WES. Just do not try to open the transcript envelope.
